I went running today and it was nothing short of BRUTAL. I didn’t have my zero point pendant on and can’t believe the difference it made….well actually i can, and it still bugs me out.
The other day I ran almost 2 miles and am not in running shape whatsoever. I felt great and was on a high about this accomplishment.
Today, without the necklace, I felt every pang and pain, my lungs and sides were cramping and I know i was getting affected by emf’s on my iphone and surrounding environment.
I refused to give in and still pushed myself and ran despite wanting to keel over most of the time.
