I have been asked a few times if lending pendants and lasers is a good idea.

Will lending increase the chances of someone buying or will I just lose products that I cannot get back.

Let me answer the second part of the question first. I have never lost a Zero Point product or anything else I might be marketing. Of course it is important to keep track of where I lent the products.

The first part of the question is best answered with an example.

I remember going to an animal shelter many years ago looking for a kitten for my children. There were so many cute ones it was impossible to choose. And to make matters worse my daughters each liked a different kitten.

It just so happened that the kittens they liked were the last two left from the same litter.

There were brother and sister.

I thought the mother was very cute. And how could I separate kittens from their mother.

What to do. What to do.

Well the shelter worker had a suggestion. Why didn’t I just take all three home for the weekend. Play with them and see how I liked them.

Any of the kittens could be returned – no questions asked.

Any idea what happened? Need I tell you?

We became a family with three kittens.

Lending products is the same. If you let them take it home for the weekend they will be unable to give it back.

Just remember to keep track of who got what and you will be OK.
